Concierge Services
Every concierge request is quoted individually and logged into your regular visit report, so there's always a record of what was done and when.
Pre-arrival prep (thermostat, lights, linens, basic tidy)
Grocery and pantry stocking before you return
Mail, package, and delivery handling
Vendor access and coordination (cleaners, pool, HVAC, pest, repairs)
Airport or local transportation for you or a guest
Vehicle start, short drive, or drop-off for service
Golf cart charge and a short run
Indoor plant watering and simple indoor upkeep
AC filter and smoke-detector batteries, supplies from you
Departure lock-down after you leave
Waiting on-site for technicians, deliveries, or guests
These are the requests I handle most often. If yours is not on the list, tell me. I ‘ll say yes with a price, or I ‘ll tell you it is outside what I do.

Pricing: Concierge services are quoted per request based on scope and time. There's no flat add-on fee. Frequent requests (like recurring housekeeping coordination) can be built into your standing visit plan at a discounted rate. Ask during your free walkthrough.
